For over 10 years, Rebecca, a Food Literacy advocate has been teaching and speaking in the health and wellness space inspiring opportunities around changing the food landscape to more plant based choices.
Chef Rebecca has led culinary and nutrition programs with the New York Coalition for Healthy School Food, the Harlem Children’s Zone, Wellness in the Schools, Global Academies, Plant Powered Metro New York, New York City Department of Education and New York City Health and Hospitals.
Rebecca's board positions have included the Coalition for Healthy School Food and the American Women's Heritage Society. She is a native of Philadelphia, proudly residing in Harlem, New York on the island of Manhattan.
